Error While Cloning

    This error message popped up twice while cloning. The first time it happened I changed the settings as suggested on the Small Server Settings Page, but it still gave me this error when I tried cloning again.

    “Something went wrong!

    Error: Error: DirectoryIterator::__construct(/home2/ab19805/public_html/wp-content/updraft/): failed to open dir: Permission denied”

    I appreciate your guidance on this issue. Thank you!

    @carlammm please unselect the folder wp-content/updraft from cloning or give that folder read permission and try again.

    If this still fails, please contact us at support [at] wp-staging.com and send us the system information log files from the wp-staging main menu.
