    Hi ylmzsnr,

    are you using the latest version of the plugin? (if not then please try reinstalling)

    If you are using the latest version then it might be an issue with the PHP version used for your WordPress installation.

    Could you send us the output of “phpinfo” to [email protected]? This is a diagnostic utility of PHP which will provide us with lots of details about the installation. There is a WordPress plugin available that will allow you to easily retrieve this. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wordpress-php-info/. It would be helpful if you could send us screenshots of the entire output, or the page saved as HTML.
