Error while installing theme demos

    I am trying to install the demo from a the from Like Themese. I am hosting on Godaddy. when installing them them i get this error

    Maximum execution time of 29 seconds exceeded in /var/www/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 355

    I have tried editing max_execution_time=900 using Custom PHP setting plugin but can not get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
