Error while restoring the databse

    hello,
    i am getting an error while restoring the database from the admin panel.

    the error says: updraft_send_command: error: error ().

    it is also not defined what the actual error is. please help with this.

    Hi,

    There could be a conflict between UpdraftPlus and other plugins you are using.

    Could you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins and re-save settings? Do you still get the same issue?

    Try also using a different browser, see if that also makes a difference.

    hello, thank you for your reply, but when i tried restoration of database in different browser other than chrome(mozilla firefox), i am getting the error and the error is of internal server error. I am sharing the screen-shot of same: https://imgur.com/345xhAv

    Could you send me a copy of your server’s PHP Error log?
    You can find this log through your web hosting control panel (typically cPanel). If you are unsure where to find the PHP Error log, you can ask your hosts to provide it.
