Error while running backup job

    Hi,
    Installed the plugin and created a job. But when I run it, I am getting the following error:-
    digitechexpert.in/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-6b6710-temp is not in open basedir, please use another folder.

    I am new to this plugin and no idea what to do. Step by step help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance

    @manualias
    hello, you should contact the hoster about the issue, then they will resolve it for you!
    In case you have access to the hoster to just disable open_basedir.
