Error while uploading image in event categories

Hi, I was trying to insert an image into event category but cannot do that. In console it shows an error “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘0’ of null(…)” – categories-admin.js. How to resolve that ? The problem is in line 49 – if( fileIdFull[0] != ” ){

Hi,

It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

Hi @caimin_nwl thnx for your fast reply. But it is not working. I have tried in new WordPress theme with default theme and without any plugin just event manager and same error is showing. I am using WordPres 4.6.1. Regards 🙂

Which version of Events Manager are you using?

Are image uploads working correctly in other parts of WordPress?

In other parts everything is working fine. I have made a screenshot in featured image for events: http://clleancode.com/events/img1.png.

While I want to insert in event categories image this error is showing:

fileIdfull gets null and shows the error

Are you using any custom code related to Events Manager?

@moorthyit I didn’t resolve that, I was working in the project in localhost and I didn’t have the latest version of PHP. Write to @caimin_nwl and write your PHP version, the support is amazing I think they will help you about that. 🙂

Thanks @edonbajrami. I am also working in localhost and it is old version PHP 5.5 . I will try to check with my server ( latest php version) and will update here. Thanks once again.
