    Hi there

    I’m getting this error in log when I attempt to create a package.

    ERROR: Install builder failed to generate files.
    ERROR INFO: These files may have permission issues. Please validate that PHP has read/write access.
    Main Installer=
    Template Installer=
    Please try the process again. If the error persists please visit the Online FAQs

    Any ideas?
