Thank you for reporting this.
I am forwarding this to our development team, where they will get it fixed in one of our future updates to Profile Builder (we release a new update every two weeks, so the fix will come in one of these future updates).

In the latest update, there were other fixes that were introduced. The development team is still investigating this issue (with the blocks) and the fix for it will come in one of the next updates to Profile Builder.
Until the update that contains the fix is released, you can downgrade the Profile Builder plugin to version 3.9.9 where this issue shouldn’t reproduce anymore.
You can download previous versions of Profile Builder from here (from the bottom of the page).
