Error with Captcha

    We have been using the participant database for a long time without any problems. Good job. Recently, the captcha gives an error in some cases. It only works if is hit ‘return’ after entering the captcha value. Users can’t submit the form.
    Could you help us? Thanks in advance.

    This is due to page caching. If you’re using a caching plugin, you can configure it so that it doesn’t cache the page with the form. It is also possible the cache is on the server, you will need to contact your hosting provider about that, just ask them to exempt the page with the form from caching.

    Thanks. We have the page exclusion cached, but if it came from here, we will review it.
