error with classic editor

    I tried what you post in another thread: <div class=”mermaid”>add your mermaid diagram here</div> and I put in the middle several small examples given by mermaid authors –> as in the other thread, I get the bomb logo with “syntax error in text, mermaid version 11.9.0”, meaning

    • the class is recognized and rendering is tried with that class; great!
    • a problem with input (classical editor suppressing the multi-lines ?)

    So how should it work in the classical editor ? (and if not you should REALLY consider it … not much people want Gutenberg … brickwalling post content away from simple HTML=not long term reusable)
