    Thank you for waiting.

    Our developer noticed that you incorrectly specified the email format inside the link. The word “Mailto:” must start with a lowercase letter. The standards are described here: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2368

    Please change “Mailto:” to “mailto:”. After this, everything will work without issues.

    On our part, we will also think about how to prevent such issues in the future.
