    Hello,
I have the error messages “Due to your server or website configuration it is not possible to track statistics.” and “Error checking tracking status”

But the file burst-statistics-endpoint.php is in the root and I checked the permissions.

I dont know, why the error is still there.

Any ideas, what the problem can be?

    Hi @madd1974,

Maybe you haven’t come around to replying to my last message, if so that’s okay. But in case you forgot to reply, can you share the URL?
If you don’t want to share it on the forums, please send us an email to support[at]burst-statistics.com

    Hello Hessel,

The website has not yet been openly published and is protected by a password at the moment. Maybe that’s the reason, but other stats plugins still work.

I will observe and test this when the website is online.

    Hi @madd1974,

We’ve seen that behavior before. I’m pretty sure the tracking will work fine when the site is published.

Let me know if that’s not the case and we’ll try to resolve the issue.

I’ll close this thread for now, feel free to re-open.

    Kind regards,
    Hessel
