Error with EXCLUDEPOSTS on complex queries

Hi.
I’m using this shortcode:
catlist id=XXXX tags=XXXX exclude_tags=XXXX excludeposts=this

So I get all posts that are in this query, but EXCLUDEPOSTS parameter doesn’t work: I still diplay current post to in the list.
