    Hi there,

    after updating to version 12.8 of the free plugin, downloading reviews shows the following message appears “There are no reviews on your Expedia platform.” even though there should be at least 45.

    Can you help, please?

    Yes, I unconnected and reconnected Expedia, then went trough all the configuration steps.

    Unfortunately same issue.

    I am sorry to hear that the issue arises again, I’ve contacted our developers about this, and they will investigate. Well’ let you know once we hear back from them.

    If you could try recreating the plugin int the meantime, we would appreciate that.

    To re-create the plugin, go to the “Advanced” menu and click the “Re-create” button to reset it. Then, in the “Free Widget Configurator” tab, follow the setup steps again to configure the plugin.

    Once you’ve done that, please let us know if the issue persists.
