    Having SUCH a hard time getting the forms to work with my site and have no idea how to fix it.

    https://www.alleventsproduction.com/requestquote/ is where the form is.

    It was working a while ago, not sure what changed to make it not work. The two sections you see at the bottom are “groups”

    I have since deleted the form and recreated it to see if that changes it, but to no avail. I have activated debugging to see if it reveals anything, but not much more information that what is found in the error at the top of the page.

    Not sure what else to do from here.

    Hi @raventear3,

    It appears there is a field with the name (Merge Tag) of MMERGE5 that is missing from the form. Can you check your MailChimp.com form for this MMERGE5 field?

    What could be happening is that you have the MMERGE5 field set as required in MailChimp.com, but this field is not on the WordPress subscription form. Another issue could be that the WordPress Easy Forms MailChimp form is out of sync with the MailChimp.com form, but this is usually fixed by deleting and re-creating, which you’ve done.

    Let me know if you have any information on the MMERGE5 field.

    Thanks, Just got rid of that particular field and it fixed it!

    P.S. I’m sure i’ll find it…but in case I don’t, how do I stop getting notifications for all the other posts being updated? 🙂

    Yay! Glad it’s working.

    Do you mean you’re getting notifications from other support threads related to this plugin? If so, you may have subscribed to the plugin’s forum (instead of just following this specific ticket). Go to the forum page (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender/) and click the “Unsubscribe from this plugin” button.
