Error with frontend permalink and sitemap

    Hi,

    I have a problem with your plugin.
    When i change the permalink all works and the redirect is done but when i use get_permalink() to print the url of the post i get the old url, not the custom.

    Same occurs on yoast sitemap. In the sitemap i get 2 urls the old (With the redirect) and the new.

    How can i get the custom permalink to prevent the redirection and how i can disable the old urls on the sitemap?
