    Hello there,

my customer wants to display open jobs from his facebook page on his website. Im using 10Web Social Post Feed to load his facebook feed, then extract all the data i need like the job title, image and link to facebook. Once thats done the feed disappears and the loadingscreen as well.

This all works fine, but on IE11, which unfortunately is the browser of my customer, the images wont load and in the console you can find some errors:

    SCRIPT5009: “ffwd_fill_likes_blog_style” is undefined
    SCRIPT5009: “ffwd_blog_style_resize” is undefined

Is there anything i can do to fix it? Or is 10Web Social Post Feed just incompatible with IE11?

    Best regards

    Hello @alphaleviathan,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Dear user, our plugin is compatible with IE11, you can check our demo page to see https://demo.10web.io/facebook-feed/photos/.

If you still have the issues, please send me your feed page URL to check the problem. In the mentioned link I don’t see our feed.

    Hello @zhannak

its because it dissapears after i got all the information i need. Here is a test site with only the feed:

    https://personalmarketing-peter-freitag.de/testseite

On IE11 i dont get the images in the feed and the following error in console:

    SCRIPT1014: Invalid character
    ffwd_frontend.js (517,15)

    SCRIPT5009: “ffwd_fill_likes_blog_style” is undefined
    testseite(238,77338)

Well for everyone having the same problem, here is the solution:

go to the plug-in folder of this plugin, open up the js folder and the open up ffwd_frontend.js

in line 517 replace the ` with ”
in line 519 replace the ` with ‘
in line 522 replace the ` with ‘

save the changes and now it should work. For a more detailed explanation look at this post: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/images-not-woking-in-ie/

    Best regards
