Keeping getting this when trying to upload….

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (um-image-upload.php, line 0)

Saying it can’t find file, yet its on the server.

Hi,
My 2 error causing things was W3 Total Cache-plugin (Replaced to WP Super Cache) and for multisite-environment, adding /sites/ and /ultimatemember/ to um-filters-files.php-file.
