Error with Installing Jumplead plugin

    Hi

    I installed Jumplead plugin but am not able to find the plugin under wordpress settings tab. I wrote to the jumplead help desk and this is all that they came up with. ‘It looks like you’re using a plugin called Facebook Auto Publish and it’s interfering with Jumplead’s plugin. You’ll to disabled that plugin or contact their support regarding the issue.’

    I have since deleted facebook auto publish but the problem remains, so I am unable to proceed with the installation of the plugin.Please can someone advise.

    Thanks Steve ! I contacted them but they have asked me to get in touch with Facebook Auto publish support, since as per jumpstasrt support its the FB plugin causing the problem and interfering with the installation. I have contacted FB auto publish support too but no one seems to be able to help 🙁 !
