Hi @billalben,
could you try if pressing the ‘Reset Let’s Encrypt’ link in the top right corner resolves the issue? That will reset the wizard and should allow you to continue. If that doesn’t work, could you verify with your hosting provider if they allow the installation of Let’s Encrypt certificates?
Hello @markwolters
Thank you for reply.
I tried ‘Reset Let’s Encrypt’ and with that didn't work.
Now I should contact my hosting provider, but please, can you tell me what should I told them?
Best regards.

Hi @billalben,
we recommend to ask them if the installation of Let’s Encrypt certificates is allowed.
Hi @markwolters
Thank you for your recommendation.
I just contact them, and I still wait their respond.
Thanks again.
Hello @markwolters
I contacted them, and they told me that the SSL provider should rekey the certificate, so that you will get a new certificate. Then you can install it in your hosting
Best regards.

Hi @billalben,
you can get a new certificate by completing the Really Simple SSL Let’s Encrypt wizard. You can access the wizard by going to yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=rlrsssl_really_simple_ssl&tab=letsencrypt. Resetting the wizard by pressing the ‘Reset Let’s Encrypt’ link in the top right corner. If that doesn’t work, you can remove the ssl directory from your server directly by navigating one folder above the WordPress root folder (usually public_html) and deleting the folder manually.
