error with link generated from wp_get_archives()

    i have used wp_get_archives(‘type=monthly’) to create a list of dates that should show post with that specific dates but the problem is that when i click in the link it takes me to the homepage. I have tested it in local host in wamp n it works fine in local host but doesn’t in real server.

    can anyone tell me what is the cause of this error?

    i have checked the permalink structure, its same in both. what might be the cause of the issue?

    please help

    Have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
