Error with model settings?

    Hello. I have my API (from OpenAI as recommended) loaded in and tried a test with shortcode in both default settings and a new environment with a selected model from plugin list but keep getting an error message per the page link above.

    Any help possible for resolution would be very appreciated. Thank you.

    Hey @regerman926 ! 👋

    This error message is coming from OpenAI, not the plugin. This means your OpenAI account doesn’t have access to the model you are trying to use (gpt-4). OpenAI grants access to this model after the account has been billed a certain amount. This is OpenAI’s limitation, and there is nothing we can do about this on our side. Thanks!
