Error with plugin activation

    When i try to activate all in one SEO pack it gives me the following error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Warning: require_once(/home/content/61/7619361/html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/aioseop.class.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/61/7619361/html/wp-content/plugins/All in one SEO Pack/all_in_one_seo_pack.php on line 488

    My PHP version is 5.x please let me know how to solve the problem,
