Hello @yuliandesign ,
Thank you for reaching out to us. The internal sever cache is not the only location where a cached version of your product is stored. In most cases, the browser also keeps a cached version of the pages you visit. For testing, try first purging the browser’s cache before going for the Purge option in the plugin. You may also choose to open the product page in another browser, where it had not been accessed before.
Some themes and third party plugins also have the option to keep cache. Your other plugins may also interfere with the auto cacher purging functions of our plugin. Turn all unneeded plugins off temporarily and test the issue again.
If the issue continues even with the other plugins disabled, please post a support ticket if you are a SiteGround customer. If not, update this thread here with the exact configuration of your promotional price. Remember to also mention if the promo price is the default discounted field in Woocommerce or some custom field? It would be useful if you could provide screenshots of the exact product configuration so that we can try to replicate the setup and test the issue further. We also need screenshots of the enabled caching settings in our plugin, as well as a list of the other plugins that you have enabled in your site.
Regards,
Plamen M
