error with sms

    Hi there, there seems to be an error with the sms function when i include the text. The text would appear in the same line as the phone number instead of in the text section.

    thank you for letting me know about this issue. Yes, something weird is happening on my devices too. Give me a little time, I will fix it.

    Hi again @zacklim03,

    the MCB plugin uses the standardized format which looks like this:

    sms:+15105550101?body=hello%20there

    The sms contact has the body parameter because of this standard in the first place.

    Unfortunately, mobile devices and their OSs do not always follow the standard, and it is impossible to check all the existing devices.

    If you do not use the body parameter, it should work on most devices.

    I am sorry I cannot tell you an answer which works 100 percent of the time.

    Thanks for writing back Anna. Would there be a fix in the near future? The whatsapp button is working fine so I might just be using that for the time being.

    Any update on whether the sms message can be fixed?
