Hi there,
I have issue with WooCommerce plugin, some customers which use our theme have issue with it. When i use sort by option price and sort by price low to high, order of products is wrong. You can check with url: http://tirupurbrands.com/shop.
Do you have a test site where we can take a look. The test site should have only WooCommerce active and a default theme.
Kind regards,
Dear sir,
I have disabled all plugin except WooCommerce and switch to default Twenty Nineteen theme, you can recheck now.
Thanks!
Just had a look at the link you shared earlier although the site seems to be offline; Here’s what I’m seeing on my side:

Dear sir,
Our customer changed to our theme, so new url to check is: http://brandtirupur.com/shop/
Thanks!
Dear author,
I don’t see any respond from you, plz check this issue for me, i must answer my customer about this issue.
Thanks!
Hey there – I’ve just had another look at your site and it does seem to be loading once more. When trying to filter the products according to their price (i.e. love to high), the order doesn’t indeed seem a bit odd.
With this in mind, have you tried regenerating the product lookup tables? This can be done under WooCommerce > System Status > Tools. In the event that you’re still having difficulty despite generating the lookup tables, please share a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > System Status.
Thanks!
Dear sir,
YOu can follow this url to view System Status: http://brandtirupur.com/error_sorby.png
Thanks!
Dear sir,
I don’t see any respond from you, can you plz check it for me?
Thanks!
Hi @trungnt
Sorry for the delay in getting back to us on this.
I’ve tried replicating this problem in my test site running WooCommerce 3.8.1, but I could not. The sorting seems to be correct, as far as I can see.
Can you share the system status report again for us, please? The links you had shared earlier do not seem to work. We are happy to look into this for you.
Thanks
Hey @trungnt
Just wanted to quickly check-in with you on this. Were you able to get this sorted ? Or, is the problem still present?
If you could provide us the system status report, it would be quite helpful for us in understanding what the problem is, so that we can provide you guidance in the right direction.
We look forward to hearing back from you!
Dear sir,
That issue still present and can’t be resolved on the WooCommerce version 3.8.1. Plz check and answer for me a solution for that. You can see System Status on here: http://demo.wpthemego.com/themes/sw_emarket/sortby.png
Thanks!
