Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do, does it caches the login page? If it does can you exclude the login page from being cached?
Thank you
Thank you for your quick reply. The cache is done with the hosting, SiteGround on a couple of the sites, and I think the other website is cached with GoDaddy. I will ask them if there is a way to exclude pages but I am pretty sure they would not cache the login page. However, as I mentioned, I have set a login popup window so customers can login on the front end of the website from any page. If caching is the issue, then I think the only way to get around this is to not use the Captcha. What do you think?
Yes, in your case not using the Captcha if your login page is cache would probably be the best solution for now.
Just a couple of questions, are you allow people to register or do you have a membership site set up?
Regards
OK, thank you.
We have 5 custom registration forms set up, the standard one is not in use. Either is the backend login, although it can be accessed via the custom url. Each registration is then manually approved using your plugin. The customer accounts are for wholesale shopping.
I wonder do we really need the captcha?
This is the one that has the most issues since there are new customers signing up daily:
https://cannabisbuyer.com
this this one is smaller scale:
https://clarkscbd.com
Hi. If you are having too many issues with the captcha, then I suggest you not to use it. However, note that you might start receiving some spamming logins and or registrations.
I notice in your source code that you have WooCommerce plugin installed in your site? Did you enable the following feature, Enable Captcha On Woocommerce Login Form:?
However if your host is caching your login page then the captcha is not going to work well.

our registration forms do not use any captcha so I don’t expect any change there so I guess I should not worry about disabling it. We do have a blog, this is where I really want the captcha the most, I see you have a separate setting for that.
yes, I do have the woo captcha on, should I?
Hi,
yes, I do have the woo captcha on, should I?
Yes, enable it if it does not cause any issues.
Regards
thank you.
regarding manual registration approval that I mentioned earlier we use, there is something that I’d like to suggest. Can you add a search field? We have like 18 pages of potential registrations, and currently you have to go page by page finding the ones we want to approve and it is a hassle and time consuming. I can jump to a page by entering what page number I want to guess to go to but it would save some time by adding search.
Hi, I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your request.
