Error with the certificate

    when editing the certificate template it starts giving an error
    “There has been a critical error on this website”
    the site continues to work but the certificates it generates cannot be seen. it always gives the same error

    The issue you describe sounds like something caused by a conflict with a plugin or with your theme.

    To debug this, make sure you have the latest version of WordPress, and all of your plugins + theme is up to date.

    Thanks for your reply.

    This doesn’t make sense since the certificate works fine but when I customize it it stops working and gives the error.

    The issue happened previously when non-standard fonts are used on the certificate. What are some of the customizations that were made to the certificate?
