I have tested the Redsys Payment Gateway with the Checkout Template of ShopEngine and have successfully been able to reproduce the issue. The redirection to the Redsys Payment Gateway is not happening for some reason.
But, the case is been forwarded to the dev team for further evaluation. I hope a solution to this issue will be figured out very soon. Till then, please stay tuned with us!

We have released an update of the ShopEngine plugin Yesterday including some fixings for the Checkout Template. The Issue with RedSys Payment Gateway is no longer happening in our end till the last update.
Will you please check by updating the ShopEngine plugin to its latest version(3.1.0)? I hope you’ll not face any issues after that.
