Error with the timepicker

I have a problem with the timepicker when it needs an admin approval. When a user goes to change one of these time pickers, the admin in his edit screen does not see the time that the user changed but always sets it to 00:00.

It also returns this PHP notification:
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /SITE_PATH/wp-content/plugins/profile-builder-pro/front-end/extra-fields/timepicker/timepicker.php on line 30.

Then when the administrator approves these changes (set to 00:00 anyway) the approval is not effective and the field highlighted in yellow remains in the user’s profile.
