Error with third-party HTML form
-
Hi everyone,
I need someone’s help, please. We have fundraising going on and our donation form is not working properly.
This is the HTML code that I am inserting in WordPress (through Elementor);
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.fundraisingbox.com/app/paymentJS?hash=f03alyqtelwhekw5"></script><noscript>Please enable JavaScript</noscript><a target="_blank" href="https://www.fundraisingbox.com" rel="noopener"><img border="0" src="https://secure.fundraisingbox.com/images/FundraisingBox-Logo-Widget.png" alt="FundraisingBox Logo" /></a>For some reason, after I add it in Elementor, it gives me a little cross with the following error; Unexpected characters in the frameset phase. Characters ignored. Unexpected end tag (noscript). Ignored.
Some users are able to donate through their mobile – not 100% of the time though. Desktop users can barely see the form. When it isn’t working, the user gets an error message that the logo wasn’t properly embedded
On this third-party’s FAQs we tried everything they suggested, like, checking if lazy-load is on – it isn’t.
We also downloaded a plugin called WP code and activated the snippet to disable embedding.-
