Hi
This usually happens when the plugin has not been cleanly removed. To fix the issue, go to the /wp-content and delete the /cache folder.
Yes, I deleted the entire folder /cache before and after activating the plugin. The problem is relevant and related to this https://i.imgur.com/eYB75cE.png. When I uncheck the problem disappears.
I did nothing on the site, I simply deactivated and activated the plugin. Your plugin is the only one that suits my site, please help solve the problem. Thank you.
I did the following: deactivated and deleted the plugin, cleaned the database, deleted the cache folder. I found Breeze again, activated it. The problem has not disappeared.
Can you please clarify when the issue occurs:
1) When the plugin is activated but the cache is disabled (by unchecking the box you highlighted in the image) OR
2) When the plugin is deactivated but the browser cache is active (the cache folder is present in the wp-content folder)?
The problem does not depend on the availability of folders: breeze-config, cache.
When I disable the cache – https://i.imgur.com/eYB75cE.png, the error disappears and the site works again in Mozilla. Thank you.
Have you tried another browser to see if this is a browser compatibility issue?
If it’s working in another browser, please remove/delete Mozilla’s cache and see if the problem reappears.
In other browsers the site does not open at all when the cache is turned on. Only when I am authorized I see this error.
I tried to disable all plugins and change the theme to the classic one, the error did not disappear.
Please tell me what can be done?
It means one of your plugin conflict with cache. To identify that enable plugin one by one and check which plugin conflict with cache.
