When I look at the F12 of this url

there seems to be an xhr error regarding the WPP plugin
a temporary header problem I think

That’s caused by a site configuration issue on your end, it’s not a problem caused by the plugin.
See, browsers like Edge consider https://jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr/ and https://www.jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr/ (notice the www on the second one?) as different sites and so the CORS policies that your site uses are blocking this request (among a few others as well):
Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://www.jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr/wp-json/wordpress-popular-posts/v2/views/806542’ from origin ‘https://jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr’ has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn’t pass access control check: Redirect is not allowed for a preflight request.
If you visit https://www.jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr/inscription/ you’ll see that all of these CORS errors are now gone.
So it seems like you’ll want to redirect all requests that start with https://jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr/ to https://www.jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr/ (see Redirect non-www to www in .htaccess for example.)
