Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!

Hi, I have 2 forms using forminator, one works fine that collects details and uses stripe to take payment however this very simple contact form is not working and displays “Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!”
I have removed all validation so I am not sure what is causing this?
