I’ve just found out that my form is not accepting new entries – probably lost a few clients over the last week or so. Everything is filled out, and regardless of what is entered they get this message. I’ve researched some on the forums to try to fix it with no solutions.

An update here

In case you are getting the same, it is possible to verify why the issue happens via the ajax request:

Open the browser console by clicking in the right button of the mouse > inspect, switch to network tab, keep it open, clear all the information and then submit the form once again, check the admin-ajax and the response.
