    Hi,

    We are using Forminator for some years now and never had the problem. This form has worked for many months before this happened. I just got a call from a potential client that it’s not working. When they try to upload an image or submit the form they get an error. As I’m aware nothing has been changed lately and another form that worked 3 weeks ago, I just checked and I get the same error.

    Hi,

    I’ve found the error to the previous post. I have a popup (made by popup maker plugin) with a Forminator form. As long as it is activated I get an error on the date picker, image upload and submit button on another form.
    When I delete the form from the popup. Everything works fine again. But that is not the solution as I have another form running on the popup and I want to keep that function.

    I tried using the form on another popup plugin and I tried using another form in the popup and I get the same errors.

    Any solutions?

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    I tried to replicate the issue using that specific plugin and it worked fine, so we need to find which field or setting it is conflicting.

    Had you tested the Hustle PopUp plugin?

    Hustle is our PopUp plugin.

    To troubleshoot the issue, can you please export your Form https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export & For the PopUp plugin it seems it uses the native WordPress > Tools > Export feature.

    You can upload both files in Google Drive and share the link.
