Hello,

Normally I use WP All Import without any problem. I imported more than 5000 records.

But, at my last import, I had an error which you can see from the below picture.

Can you please help me to solve this problem?

Hi @azamatzafer,

When it comes to server terminations, the first step is to try setting the records per iteration down to 1 in the Import Settings: https://d.pr/i/XRjZEG.

If that doesn’t fix it, you’ll have to work with your web host to log the relevant error and adjust the server settings to allow the import to run. See: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/terminated-imports-exports/#check-server-error-log.
