errorCode 23

I am trying to log in, but each time it returns the following error “{” success “: false,” data “: {” message “:” Wrong Request. “,” ErrorCode “: 23}}”. I don’t understand what it is due to. I did a lot of tests and on my local server and it works but when I go to set the plugin with the same settings on the webserver of my hosting (I use Aruba) it gives me that error.
