    Can you remove this stupid rule from .htaccess? .htaccess is very delicate and this rule broke my site, I had .htaccess optimized to fight against strange 404 and this rule you put at the very top of .htaccess made my filters useless.

    this rule created by another plugin, our plugin redirect pages using php only!
    please recheck and let me know
