    Hi @jdperez1950,

    This issue primarily relates to the payment method plugin you’re using. If the integration is set up correctly, it should redirect you to the payment page seamlessly. I’ve tested your site and tried the checkout process [screenshot], it successfully created an order and redirected me to the payment page as expected [screenshot].

    Hi, I really appreciate your help.

    I have solved the problem by rebuilding the WooCommerce pages, with this the website is now working correctly.
