Errormessage when saving new form

    I installed WP Forms newly and i cannot save changes which is unfortunate. It says conatct support if error persitst so here i am. What you see on the Website is just the template, I cannot change. Now I alsofound that I cannot make submissions when I do a test try and also no sent message or anything appears. Just sending…. and back to normal. Honstely off putting, when a freshly installed service is that buggy. Thanks for any help.

    To troubleshoot the issue of saving your form, could you check your browser’s developer tools and share any visible errors on the JavaScript console or Network tab? You can learn more about using developer tools in this guide, if it helps.

    I also recommend contacting your hosting provider to check if security rules/ModSecurity are related to the issue. Please share details about the form saving issue, and your hosting provider should be able to verify this for you.

    Regarding the issue of submitting the form, I see from the page source of your site that you’re using the WP Fastest Cache plugin. To prevent this plugin’s optimizations from causing issues when submitting the form, please adjust its settings as indicated in our guide here. This should help to resolve the form submission issue.
