    It seems the tables creation failed for a number of tables. This is only the case if you have an older (unsupported) version of mysql. Which version are you running? 5.5 is EOL (even extended support) from december, so if you use that I can only ask to update.

    I’m on MySQL 5.5 and my hosting is 1&1; phpMyadmin is Version information: 4.6.6deb4

    Then you should ask them to upgrade your pakket to a higher mysql version. They should be switching anyway … (even one.com gives a higher mysql version already).
    I could take into account older DB versions (I’m yet to release the next version), but the problem is that I have no hosting left to test that version on so it is becoming quite impossible.
