And where are you seeing those 404 errors?
If it’s on the webmaster tools, those could be from months ago… it’s not realtime.
You may have purged the cache when google was crawling your site, so obviously, the files would be gone.

I updated fast velocity to version 2.3.5.
however I still see 404 errors on wp-content / uploads / fvm / out / footer-f7391fb7-1521623450.min.js
and on other files.
Is there a solution to this problem?

P.S. I see the errors not on google but from a plugin (redirection) that reports me errors 404.
what is your site url and can you give me an url that shows as 404?
