Errors after hosting switch

I recently migrated my website to a new server, and after the move, I encountered an issue when activating the WebP Express plugin. The site becomes non-functional upon activation, which was not the case on the previous server.

I have verified that all configurations, including the PHP version, remain unchanged. However, I am seeing the following fatal error in the logs:
