Hello @starlight_design,
Thanks for reaching out!
We need admin access to investigate this issue. Can you please prepare an admin access for this account: [email protected]

Quill Forms Team
Of course. Thanks for the support!
Ooh – that red button is really filling that container up there, isn’t it? 😀
Hello @starlight_design,
Thanks for providing us with the admin access.
After investigating this, we found that the error comes from Godaddy firewall not from Quill Forms.
This is the error:

Access Denied – GoDaddy Website Firewall
If you are the site owner (or you manage this site), please whitelist your IP or if you think this block is an error please open a support ticket and make sure to include the block details (displayed in the box below), so we can assist you in troubleshooting the issue.
THANK YOU!!!
Sending hugs, smiles & a few cold ones your way (what the heck).
I’m going to need the “block details” so I can open up a ticket. Where did you find this info and/or could I find it myself if I had to? They told me they don’t give error logs due to them putting all sites into the same log or something (?) Yeah. So, I have installed about 5 or 6 debuggers, loggers and troubleshooter plugins only to find out that they, also, cannot function in this environment AND the default wp error log file has not been written to since 2021.
Any information would greatly help!
Happy Friday!

Hey @starlight_design,
Sure, you can get this error details if you open developer tools in your browser then open network tab and then hit publish, you will notice a new request has been added to the network, open this request and see the preview tab, there, you will get the error details.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Quill Forms Team
