Errors and API Calls fixed quickly

All of a sudden one day, the WooCom PayPal plugins red-lined! I had Errors and API Calls and couldn’t get to the checkout on my site. I went to support and it was the wrong type of support but that group got me to the correct group who emailed me very quickly to let me know they were on the case. Soon they had a correction in the form of a download/plugin upload, which I didn’t know how to go about executing. I emailed back, telling them of my ignorance, and they were quick to get back with easy-to-understand instructions and they didn’t make me feel stupid at all. I was able to get the correction uploaded and everything has worked great since!
