    WordPress memory limit is different than PHP memory limit. You have a 1GB memory limit for your PHP and 40MB for WordPress.

    The number shown on the Status page of WooCommerce is the highest number between the PHP memory limit and WordPress memory limit. So it actually shows you the PHP memory limit, which is 1GB, and fine, but your WP memory limit is still 40MB.
