Errors in editor causing problems

I have a local site, with very little elements and I’m having a weird problem with the Container block. I ha a Container block on flex row style with several elements inside. It has a 20px gap and a margin-top set to 30px and a margin-bottom: 40px. After saving margin-bottom and gap disappear if a select the block, but if I refresh without saving they come back.
I’ve noticed that the console is throwing multiple errors, all related to GB with wrong or deprecated react funtions or methods. It only happens in this development local site, but I have GB installed in multiple sites (local and online) and I’m concerned of it happening in more of them.
