Errors in total when cart modified

We’re seeing errors in the total price in the cart when products in the cart are modified. This only seems to occur when the items have fractional amounts and the amount shown is the VAT value only. I’ve been able to repeat this by adding two items with fractions amounts to the cart and deleting one of them. There are also errors in the final amounts and cost at final checkout. I have a copy of the live site here: kameja-lv.stackstaging.com. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your reply. If you go to main menu> Ispardosana>Aizkaru Audumi and add each of the product variations to the cart. Amount doesn’t seem to make a difference. Then if you delete the second item, the total changes to show only the VAT amount. This continues to checkout as well.
If I disable the plugin then the total shown is correct.
If you delete the item from the pop-over shopping cart on the right-hand side, rather than in the final cart page then the error occurs.
