Hi @breadf
Try downloading WooCommerce and manually replace the WooCommerce plugin’s file in the /wp-content/plugins directory.
If this makes no difference, conduct a conflict test following this steps:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

Yes I’ve did that, and replicated the issue again.
Hi @breadf
Did you download and install WooCommerce manually again, as I suggested? Also, could you tell me which theme you had active when you carried out the conflict test?
Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:
- System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi @shameemreza
Please check: https://paste.mozilla.org/2hRiTMAk
I didn’t see fatal error log
Hi @breadf,
Thanks for getting back to us, however, the shared link shows a 404 error. I guess it expired.
Could you please reshare it and set a longer expiry period?
Thanks.

Hi @breadf,
Thanks for sharing with us your SSR. I could notice that the fresh installation was from a local host? Is that correct?
Looking at the SSR, I’m unable to notice any discrepancies with your set-up. Could you please share the exact error messages you keep getting?
Also, I understand you already tried switching themes and the issue persists? Could you please try on an online local server like this one here and see if you still get an error from a fresh installation?
Looking forward to your reply.
